    Today, I conducted a comprehensive Heuristic Evaluation of the DigiLocker platform (Web & Mobile) using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics. I identified critical UX gaps specifically in 'Error Prevention' and 'System Status Visibility' and documented actionable recommendations to improve the overall user experience.

    Started the process of Heuristic evaluation for the meripehchaan site.
