Resolve everythings in this page. like mark mandatory field, make sweetAlert while submit, remove upload button, and other issue if any. also make the professional looks of the page.

In Meter Entry ->  Added all the mandatory ( * )marks in required fields.

The Calibration Certificate input is used to upload the file as binary data and generates a file path. This path is then sent along with the Meter Entry data. Therefore, the Upload button is required and cannot be removed, as it is part of the existing logic.
