Description
Updated water rate is not being retrieved after saving in Water Rate Entry

In the Water Rate Entry section, after updating and saving the water rate, a success message stating "Updated rate saved" is displayed. However, when the user revisits the page to verify the changes, the updated rate is not being retrieved or displayed.
