I am writing to express my strong interest in contributing to the Reimagine the Padma Awards Portal initiative. With a strong background in ICT project execution, digital governance frameworks, and government standard compliance, I am well-prepared to deliver a high-quality, citizen-centric redesign.

Proposed Approach & Deliverables: Information Architecture & Flow Redesign:

Streamline the citizen nomination journey to reduce cognitive load and form abandonment.

Restructure navigation for effortless service discoverability and clear tracking of the nomination lifecycle.

    UX4G Design System 3.0 Integration:

Utilize standardized UX4G Design System 3.0 components to ensure visual consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.

Build a scalable, modular UI component library.

    Compliance & Accessibility Validation:

Strictly validate all design components against GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites), DBIM, and WCAG 2.2 AA standards to ensure maximum accessibility and inclusive design.

Align all assets with the official UX4G Handbook guidelines.

    Documentation:

Provide comprehensive design rationale documentation, user flow maps, and component usage guidelines for seamless developer handover.

I look forward to contributing to this vital public-facing project and enhancing citizen trust through a modern, transparent digital experience.

    Best regards,
