Redesign the Subhadra Odisha Portal to create a seamless and accessible experience for women beneficiaries applying for the scheme, checking eligibility, tracking application status, and accessing grievance services. The project will leverage the UX4G Design System 3.0 to improve usability, simplify complex user journeys, strengthen accessibility, and ensure compliance with Government of India and Government of Odisha digital standards. The redesign should focus on reducing user effort while increasing trust and transparency across the portal. The portal currently provides services such as application tracking, beneficiary information, grievance management, and scheme-related guidance
Redesign the Landing Page and key citizen journeys. Simplify the application, eligibility, and status-tracking experience. Improve information architecture and content organization. Enhance discoverability of important services such as Apply, Track Application, Beneficiary List, Grievance, and FAQs. Apply UX4G Design System 3.0 components to ensure consistency. Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Improve accessibility, readability, and multilingual support. Validate the solution against GIGW, DBIM, WCAG 2.2 AA, and UX4G Design System 3.0, UX4G Design Handbook. Create reusable design components and documentation for future scalability.
