    Design a clean, high-utility landing page interface for the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi website (https://pmkisan.gov.in/). The focus is to transform the current information-heavy homepage into an optimized, action-oriented landing page that helps visiting farmers immediately locate primary services like registration, status tracking, and helpline support without getting lost in dense text or complex menus

    1. Ensure that the UI is in full compliance with GIGW, DBIM, WCAG 2.2 AA, and UX4G Design System 3.0 and UX4G Design Handbook.
    2. Optimize Hero Section & Primary Actions by ensuring high-priority actions like New Farmer Registration, Know Your Status, and Beneficiary List are instantly accessible.
    3. Organize the landing page sections logically from most critical (direct farmer services) to secondary information (scheme statistics, latest announcements, and grievance links).
    4. Design for Low Digital Literacy utilizing intuitive, easily recognizable iconography and large text boxes to reduce cognitive load for rural beneficiaries
    1. Low-to-mid fidelity Figma prototype layouts of the complete homepage for Desktop.
    2. A detailed breakdown of the landing page modules (e.g., Header, Hero Banner, Farmers Corner Grid, Stats Dashboard, Notice Board, and Footer).
    3. Contextual UX notes explaining the placement of key CTA buttons, multi-language toggles, and search features directly on the landing page blueprint

Grounded in extensive experience with ICT digital governance projects, e-Gram Panchayat solutions, and citizen-centric platforms, my goal is to deliver an intuitive, highly accessible, and action-oriented interface for rural beneficiaries.

    Key Focus Areas & Deliverables:

    1. Farmer-Centric Architecture & Low Digital Literacy Focus:
    • Hero Section & High-Priority CTAs: Reorganize the top section to give instant, prominent access to core services like New Farmer Registration, Know Your Status, and Beneficiary List.
    • Accessible Visual Design: Incorporate large touch targets, high-contrast text boxes, and universally recognizable iconography to minimize cognitive load for rural farmers.
    1. Logical Modular Breakdown:
    • Structure the landing page into clear, scannable sections: Header (with language toggles), Hero Banner, Farmers' Corner Grid, Scheme Statistics Dashboard, Notice Board, and Footer.
    1. UX4G 3.0 & Governance Standard Compliance:
    • Fully align layouts and UI elements with UX4G Design System 3.0, UX4G Handbook, GIGW, DBIM, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
    1. Expected Final Output:
    • Low-to-mid fidelity Figma prototype layouts optimized for Desktop.
    • Contextual UX notes highlighting button placements, multi-language support, and search functionality directly within the blueprint.
