• Evaluate the overall usability and effectiveness of the Skill India Digital Hub.
• Identify friction points that impact user engagement, accessibility, and task completion.
• Assess compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA Accessibility Standards and Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).
• Demonstrate a research-driven design thinking process through evidence-backed findings.
• Recommend actionable improvements that enhance inclusivity, accessibility, and citizen experience while aligning with Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) principles.
• Evaluate the platform against Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) guidelines, GIGW, and the UX4G Design System & Compliance to ensure consistency with Government of India digital experience standards.
