[Entry Pass][Background Image]: Background image is not uploaded.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Create Event
  2. Go to "Entry Pass"
  3. Upload Background Image
  4. Observe the issue

Actual Result: Background image is not uploaded.

Expected Result: Background image should be uploaded.
