    The objective of this task is to develop a robust AI-powered tool that can automatically translate academic document templates into multiple regional languages and also convert academic data between common formats like CSV, JSON, and XML — all from a single source input.

    This tool will greatly improve the accessibility and interoperability of academic data for institutions onboarding to the ABC platform. It addresses key bottlenecks around linguistic diversity and technical format variations during data preparation and submission. The tool must use NLP techniques to identify template types and translate fields (e.g., “Marks”, “Credits”, “Degree Type”) into regional languages like Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc., using Unicode-compatible fonts. Additionally, it should enable one-time data uploads that can be exported in multiple formats without repeated manual conversions.

    The tool should be accessible via CLI or a lightweight web interface and support customization (e.g., load a specific language pack or schema mapping configuration).

    • Build an AI-enabled script/tool (CLI or Web) that:

      • Translates academic templates into supported regional languages using NLP and multilingual AI models.

      • Converts a single academic data source (e.g., CSV) into JSON and XML outputs.

      • Supports language-specific Unicode fonts for accurate rendering.

      • Detects template type (e.g., Marksheet, Transcript) and adjusts translations accordingly.

      • Provides export/download options for different formats.

      • Logs errors and provides meaningful output for unsupported fields.

    • Use pretrained NLP/Translation models (e.g., IndicTrans, MarianMT) or APIs (e.g., AI4Bharat, Google Translate API with fallback strategy).

    • Build a language schema configuration system to support future onboarding of new languages.

    • Create documentation and samples for usage.

    A working tool or script that:

    Accurately translates academic document templates (e.g., mark sheet headers) into at least 5 major Indian languages.

    Converts the input dataset into CSV, JSON, and XML formats from a single source.

    Provides a sample dataset, configuration files, and export outputs.

    Has modular, well-documented code, with clear installation and execution instructions.

    Includes a README detailing language support, usage flow, limitations, and how to contribute.

    Submit tool scripts, translation mappings, and examples via Git.
