Fetch more data based on following :
1) INSERT_DATE is search date in nad_stats_upload
2) total_number_of_records_failed = get the sum of "file_import_fail" column In Upload_file_info collection where process_status = 3 and org_id
3) total_number_of_records_not_processed = fetch TOTAL_UPLOAD_COUNT from nad_stat_upload where orgId and INSERT_DATE = search date
4) Search date is the insert date in nad_stat_upload
