In monthly report API, pass these parametsers :
[searchDate, state_code, fromDate, toDate]
If there is no search date then in the method, get the current date for searchDate.
If state_code have value then fetch data from collection "nad_partner_api_dump" based on :
verify_status = V
is_test_account = 0
state_id = state_code (integer)

if no state code then fetch based on

verify_status = V
is_test_account = 0
