To provide instant digital loan in applicant's account within few minutes. It is an end to end technology enabled digital journey for loan application and disbursal.

It is a bundle of applications including CRM, Collection System, Call Center Management and front end application enabled by APIs. Customers are also provided with their dashboards to track their loan applications. Customers are communicated through SMS and emails through service gateways. This product also provides integration points for various verification services and payment gateways such as bank statement analyzers, credit bureaus, PAN verification, AADHAAR, e-Mandate, Bank IMPS etc.

There is a strong ETL process between CRM and Collection system which translates data as per the system requirement.

CRM is also capable of showing statistical data in graphical format. It also has the capability of distributing applications to call center agents. All applications are managed in this CRM till loan disbursal.
