National Academic Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online store house of all academic awards viz. certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc.duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions/ boards / eligibility assessment bodies.
NAD Achievements
Ministry of Education (MoE) notified DigiLocker as a single National Academic Depository (NAD) in the country. A total of 1600 Academic Institutions are registered on DigiLocker- NAD portal till date and over 10 Crore academic awards have been added so far by Higher Education Institutions, taking the total Academic Records on DigiLocker platform to cross the 60 Crore mark. Number of academic institutions registration on NAD portal and total academic institutions on DigiLocker Platform has grown by 90.24% and 251.97% respectively in financial year 2021-22. The total number of higher education academic records on NAD portal has increased by 201.79% in last financial year.
