In the Update Billing Report page, the filter inputs are not resetting when the selection is changed.

The required behavior is:

• When the Division is changed, the Industry, Financial Year, and Month fields should be reset.
• When the Industry is changed, the Financial Year and Month fields should be reset.
• When the Financial Year is changed, the Month field should be reset.
• The dependent dropdowns should clear their previously selected values and data whenever their parent selection changes.

Additionally, after updating the billing data, the table is not automatically refreshing and continues to display the old data. The table should automatically reload and display the latest updated data immediately after a successful update.
