During Add Source, the allocation_cd was being generated in an inconsistent format. The allocation and allocationdetail tables were storing the same allocation_cd in different formats.

For example:

  • allocation: INDWAT0290930-18

  • allocationdetail: INDWAT029093018

Because of this mismatch, the query was unable to find the expected records and return the correct output.

This issue has been identified and fixed by ensuring that the allocation_cd is generated and stored in the same format across both tables.
