Month and Day filters are not working, and Year dropdown has delayed response in IoT Meter Details

In the IoT Meter Details section, the Month and Day dropdown filters are not functioning. Even after selecting filter values, the table does not filter the data. Additionally, the Year dropdown responds very slowly.
