In dashboard, remove the existing bar chart. The following are the parameters that should populate:

1. Industry Information (Header Card). This should always remain visible. Industry Name, Industry Code/ID, Industry Category, Basin/River, District. Water Allocation (Annual), Financial Year (Dropdown)

2. Key Performance Indicators (Top Summary Cards): Instead of the existing bar chart, display KPI cards.
   a. Total Water Consumed -> From beginning of selected Financial Year till date b . Water Allocation -> Annual allocated quantity c. Allocation Utilized -> Percentage utilized d. Current Month Consumption -> Current month's total e. Last Month Consumption -> Previous month's total f. Average Monthly Consumption -> FY average g. Outstanding Amount (If any) h. Last Payment -> Date & Amount

3. Water Consumption Trend (Line Chart) a. Financial Year selector b. Monthly consumption c. Hover tooltip d. Download as PNG/PDF

4. Latest Meter Reading:

a. Reading Date b. Previous Reading c. Current Reading d. Consumption Units

5. Billing Summary: Current Bill Amount Due Date Last Payment Payment Date Outstanding Interest/Penalty
