Description
Allocation Quantity should not exceed Agreement Quantity in normal allocation

In normal Allocation the system currently allows users to enter an Allocation Quantity greater than the corresponding Agreement Quantity. Validation should be implemented to prevent users from allocating a quantity exceeding the agreed limit.
