IP Address input field is missing in Change Password page under CEWS login

The IP Address input field, which is available in the live production environment, is missing from the Change Password page in the local staging environment. Please add the IP Address input field to match the production functionality.

The application stores the client's IP address on the server side rather than accepting it from the frontend.
